After having enjoyed Chris Lilly's BBQ for many years I was very excited to see this book come out. I am happy to say it has met and exceeded my expectations. Every single recipe I've made so far is outstanding. The book is very well put together with clear instructions, wonderful pictures, and most importantly excellent recipes. Very highly recommend.
