Good aerobics, good motivation, but slightly boring., 2000-03-24Susan's before and after pictures of her weight are motivators, but even more so is her constant talking and encouragement throughout the video.
The movements are simple and easy to do, but require exertion. They can also be repetitive, involving the same stepping up and down on a box and the same arms lifts over and over. Personally, this caused me to lose interest; but the aerobic workout in the video is safe, easy to work with, and would work well as an alternating workout with strength training.
