Watch out! Two identical books with different subtitles!, 2009-01-17Happiness Hypothesis: Putting Ancient Wisdom to the Test of Modern Science
These two books, from two different publishers and both copyright 2006, are absolutely identical, even though they have different subtitles! I bought both, thinking that the different subtitle meant: different content. However, each and every page is exactly the same. They are from two different publishers. I think that changing the subtitle to make people think that one is a follow-up on the other is a nasty way to treat customers! The blue book has the subtitle "Finding modern truth in ancient wisdom", and the yellow one "Putting ancient wisdom and philosophy to the test of modern science." Doesn't that make you think that the first describes ancient wisdom, and the second describes modern research findings?
