This book is a great source of information. Esp. for learning about diseases and nursing diagnosis of it. It's a very heavy book and that about its only downfall. You can sign the book up online with the purchase of this book and have full access to the book online which I have found helpful. I take my lap top to school and view it online there rather than haul the book around all the time. Buying it from amazon saved me a lot of money and it arrived within days of ordering it. SUPER STEAL!
