Good player for Netflix and Pandora but the other channels aren't worth much. Possibly down the road but for now really not worth much at all. Now for the ratings.
Picture: Good on HD.. I'd give it a 720 pic on most but really the HD just brings it up to a good standard def pic but in "true" format. The standard def picture on some movies is better than PC quality but most are just that.
Wireless: Good when 20ft away but I cannot connect to my bedroom that is 30ft away. Either a problem with the internal antenna in the Roku or with my Netgear WNR834B vs. router. Guessing the antenna since my other wireless devices have no issue connecting beyond a 20ft range.
Power: Should I say lack of? No power button? What? Who designs something with no power button. I have to leave this thing on and it runs warm! If I disconnect it I have to turn my Broadcast back on and enable my Pin to get this thing to connect again. Guessing they ran into this issue with the beta models they had a power button on so what did they do? Ah... no power button. Riot. I assume if you were wired in this wouldn't be an issue but I don't have the luxury of that option.
USB: No use at this point. I would say I paid $30 extra for nothing at this point. Maybe downt he road but at that point won't this box just be that... a box? This technology is being built into just about everything now. Save yourself $30 bucks and just get the HD version.
Still... I would have to say after all this it is worth it. Gets the job done and even though it doesn't have a power button I can still add to my Harmony remote for control.

Ya I agree with u.Good player but not great.Because for good media channels always need to pay fees.Give some good channels on Roku HD XR Player but it provides good quality features.Nice technology.
