I was expecting better., 2008-03-11I was led to believe in a good, pacy thriller but was let down on plot somewhat!
If, like me you read a lot of crime and thrillers a good and original plot is everything but unfortunately this lacked that sparkle.
The story is basically a good one but I could guess the murderer less than half-way through and be correct - I have read better. The Clues are all there, no real twists or shock moments, but having said that the story does deal with different issues of social and mental depravity.
I would say read it but don't expect a story to leave you with the chills!
