My daughter (aged 5) got this for her Christmas. As you open it, the first thing going through your mind is "how complicated are the rules/gameplay going to be?". Well, with this game, its pretty straightforward. Each player has to get one of 5 cards. As you go round the board, if you land on the fairy godmother, you press the glass slipper. If you hear a magical noise, you flip the card over - if you hear the bells at midnight, you leave it alone. First player to have all 5 cards, and have them all turned over wins.
Pretty simple. Perhaps not going to push the wee ones the way some other toys will, but its good just for a 10-20 minute fill.
4/5 - loses one star as I don't think this will be a toy that they go back to over the long term.
