Excellent but not from Avides, 2008-05-07This camera is getting a bit long in the tooth, but I've bought a couple as gifts and have had rave feedback. As it is the prices here are very steep. You can get better cheaper.
Its only drawbacks - if you consider them to be so - are the 7.2MP resolution which is thought a bit low nowadays(!), and its rechargeable battery, which means that you can't just sling in a couple of AAAs or whatever when you run out of power. (The answer is to buy a spare and have that always topped up.)
So, a nice, slim camera, but a bit past its sell-by date.
However, if you must get this model as, say, a replacement, don't buy from Avides - I found their service very unsatisfactory.
