Facts, 2005-08-15I am currently searching for a digital camera like the sony w7 and have researched the leading models carefully. I currently use the sony v1 model and have found the 5 mega pixels very useful. The other leading camera in this category at the mo is the Casio EX-Z50, here are several points i would like to point out to readers.
Both are roughly the same size and easy to use.
whilst the sony is more expensive by roughly £50, as i am sure you are already aware the sony has a higher pixel count compared to the Casio EX-Z50. The video is also better as it is 30 frames per second compared to 15. The sony has an optical viewfinder unlike the casio which is useful in bright lights when unable to use the LCD screen. The sony has a higher internal memory at 32mb.
