This cookbook is fantastic. The recipes are used in a restaurant, so they need to be very accurate so various chefs can replicate the flavors. So far I have probably made 25 recipes from here and have been amazed at how amazing each one has turned out. I am most impressed by their soups - they have deep, rich flavors that turn out every time. Their salad dressings are simple and delicious. We are not vegetarians, but I find that I can either add meat, or help keep our grocery bill lower by making meals that are so good, we don't miss the meat.

The cookbook a few unusual ingredients that perhaps one would not have stocked in the kitchen. I found, though, that once I gave it a good look-through and stocked my pantry with these items, it is easy to have the ingredients on hand. Some of the recipes have long ingredient lists, but I think that is part of what makes the results a step above the rest.

This book is a resounding five-star for our family and those we have cooked for. It has been a lot of fun cooking since my sister-in-law bought it for me two years ago.
