Wow! That's all I had to say when I put down Guilty Pleasures. I've always fascinated by vampires and I'm also a massive Buffy fan, but that didn't taint my view of this series.

I picked up the books soon after I heard some good stuff about them, and thought, 'Well couldn't hurt to try' and boy was I amazed!

I like the fact that it doesn't start at the beginning, like most books do. Relationships and rivalries are already formed, which makes you wonder about the characters pasts and psyches. I adored the villain in the book, they were totally unexpected!

But, this is a great book to read. I was surprised it was in first-person narrative, as I tend to stay away from books like this. But Anita's dry humour and the interesting characters within the book made me finish it and want more.

Definitely a great read!
