This item was delivered in the timescale given. It is silent in operation and up to this time has not given any problems. The only dis-appointment was the packaging, this came via Royal Mail in a box which did not have any packaging protecting the drive, it rattled around inside the box, being fairly delicate I thought the the drive could have been wrapped in bubble film or similar, thats why is 4 stars and not 5
